Consent First
Before recording, the chair confirms that everyone has been informed. A read-aloud text is provided. Nothing starts without confirmation.
Everything on Your Own Server
Speech to text, speaker recognition and the draft minutes run locally. No cloud transcription, no external model. Audio is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Review, Then Send
The draft is reviewed and approved by a human. Only then do the PDF and tasks go out by email; every person receives their tasks as a calendar subscription.
White Label for Organizations
Each organization gets its own address with its own logo and colors. Access by code, no user accounts required.
